In late September 2015, Facebook kindly invited me to be an Artist in Residence in Facebook’s international headquarters, Dublin.
On a 12 meter long wall, I created a playful and colorful deconstructed collage of shapes, forms, and lines using spray paint, marker and collage papers. I call it the 'Big Bang'.
Further information about the wonderful Facebook Artist in Residence programme can be found here
In June 2018 I re-imagined and created ‘Love Lane’ in Crampton Court Temple Bar Dublin. The lane is made up of stenciled deconstructed hearts overlaid with handmade painted tiles, and tiles with quotes, lyrics, poetry and dedications from many folk who reached out to me via social media.
Love the Lanes was a joint initiative between Dublin City Council and The Temple Bar Company to allow artists to visually improve the lanes of Temple Bar in 2014.
On a rainy weekend in late August 2015, Waterford City became an open air gallery when 25 derelict sites became canvases for international and national street artist. I was very happy to be invited to take part in this festival and work along side some amazing artists such as James Earley, Joe Caslin, Art by Eoin, DMC, Louis Masai and so many more. The festival was a fantastic sucess and more information about it can be found here or on their facebook page
In late 2017, after having another baby, I was desperate to get out and start painting again. This resulted in me painting a large garden with this Islamic Art inspired piece. I am now slightly obsessed with Islamic and Moroccan patterns and there will be more to come with this style in 2018...
